*General Instructions >*

1. All Players has to *compulsory* report on/before *6.30 am sharp* at Ground

(Pay Fees & Fill Form in advance)

2. All Teams has to have *11 players* compulsory

3. Team can appoint *12th Player as Substitute* and all rules for substitute is mentioned in registration form.

4. *Dress Code* for all players is Tshirt Track Pant/Loose Pant/Leggings, etc Sports Shoes

5. Playing *Bat* needs to be carry by Team

6. Carry valid *ID Card* for team members. Less than 15yrs age is not allowed.

7. This tournament is purely for *Non Professional* Female players ONLY.

8. *All Rules strictly applies* as mentioned in Registration Form.

9. *Unlimited Lunch* (Veg Only & Jain available) Tea/Coffee Water is *complimentary* for all Registered Players.

10. Any *Family members/friends*, etc are welcomed for the Match and can *Pay Rs.200* in advance for Lunch & Tea/Coffee Water

11. *Kids* are charged equally of Rs.200.

12. *Tennis Hard Ball* will1 be provided by Organisers.

13. *Parking* has to be done sensibly & at owner's risk.

14. Please *do not litter*/ throw garbage / cups, glasses, dishes anywhere on ground. *Maintain cleanliness* please.

15. *No interference of family* members/friends, etc is allowed in Match in any circumstances.

16. *Read all rules of Registration Form and every player is abide by the same.*

17. Pls bring *2 recent passport size colour Photographs* & *1 Xerox/photo copy of Aadhar Card* at the Ground or submit with the form.

18. All decision is at Management/ Organisers discrete.
