Rules and Regulations

1. All matches except Qualifier, Eliminator and Final to be played for 6 overs each.
2. Qualifier, Eliminator and Final to be played by 8 overs each.
All ICC rules to be followed except Leg bye and LBW.
3. Umpire decision will be final and no further arguments allowed.
4. Teams with shoes and dress code mandatory. No jeans or formal allowed(Exception approved by Organizing Committee for shoe is Pavitra Sahoo).
5. Mankad Out system is allowed.
6. Any delay in start of match due to absence of either team will result in penalty of +/- 5 runs.
7. All matches to be played with New Vicky tennis ball.
8. Only maximum of Five Foreign players allowed to play in each match by any individual team.(Exception granted for Old Town Fighters to allow Six Foreign players for first match only as approved by Organizing Committee)
9. Any batsman hitting the ball outside the back wall without touching any base or branch is declared Out.
10. During batting, if any batsman hits the ball to the back wall or tree inside the boundary is declared 2 runs. Same is awarded in case of Bye.
No field setting restriction in leg side or No Power play throughout the tournament.
11. No Additional Runner allowed for any batsman.
12. Playing members need to field for atleast 2 overs from the the beginning of the match.
13. Any dispute needs to be clearly communicated to the Organization Committee failing which complaints will not be entertained. 
14. Prizes awarded will be - Man of the Match, Man of the Series, Bowler of the Tournament, Batsman of the Tournament, Best Volunteer(Two), Runners Up and Winners Trophy
