RULES AND REGULATIONS
1) All matches will be of 12 overs per innings. Final will be played on the last day of the event, if time permits then it will be of 15 Overs.
2) Each Team have to use minimum 5 bowlers mandatorily with maximum 3 overs to 2 bowlers in 12 over match & for 15 Overs Match 5 Bowlers can go with 3 Overs maximum.
3) One league match per player will be mandatory in tournament as per rotation policy.
4) Matches will be played by Headley (burnt - Feather Less as per decision) provided by the Organiser in every match & Team Captains can select from the balls provided by Organiser.
5) Power Play and Fielder placement:
A. Power play shall be of first 4 overs in all League Matches & first 5 Overs in Final (If 15 Overs Match).
B. Further, in power play only three players can be outside inner circle.
C. After power play five players can be outside inner circle.
D. Maximum 5 players can field on leg side with a maximum of 4 fielders on boundary, excluding bowler and keeper.
6) Points:
A. The team who wins the match will get 2 points per match.
B. If there is a tie in the game both the teams will get 1 point each.
7) Tie:
A. If there is a tie between the teams with regards to points, Net run rate will be calculated as per Cricheroes.
B. If there is a tie between the teams in the final then super over will be played.
8) If in the final because of any unforeseen circumstances such as rain, storm etc. The field become unplayable, then according to run rate winner will be decided.
9) All team will play matches each to determine all 4 positions. 12th man can do bowling as decided by the committee. List of 11 1 has to be submitted before the match. 12th man is a part of the team and in the main team.
10) Any no-ball declared by umpire shall give the batting team free hit.
11) Maximum 10 minutes will be given to all the teams for walkover.
12) Players need to adhere to the dress code of the organiser. They will not be allowed to play in any other dress in any circumstances. Players shall wear their dresses with sports shoes & also Black Track Pants to maintain the decorum.
13) Issues regarding sixes & fours on boundary line will not be entertained from players or respective teams. Umpire decision on the same shall be final and binding on all.
14) Dug-outs for sitting will be decided by the toss winner in the match.
15) Boundary line will be approx 38-40 yards radius from centre of the playing pitch. Inner circle will be approx 25-30 yards . Pitch for match will be 22 yards. (Can be decided by committee).
16) Wicket-keeper can use inners/gloves if required but fielders cant wear any inners/ gloves.
17) Ball change request will depend on umpire decision.
18) WE ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS SO NATURAL ARM ACTION BOWLING IS ALLOWED, IF DELIBERATELY THE BOWLER BOWLS THROW THEN CHUCK BALL.
19) Decision of umpire on all game related issues will be final and binding on all team. Organiser will have no interference in umpire decision. No player/ team is allowed to argue with umpire on his decision. Any such doing can attract disciplinary action. If Required to interfere Disciplinary committees decision will be final. If any unforeseen circumstances is there only the selectors of the team and capatain is allowed to talk with the committee and match refree
20) Players who are hurt during the match cannot use any substitute runner. He can bat after fall of any wicket.
21) If any unethical practice is found to be used by the promoter or player, disciplinary committee will take appropriate action including but not limited to debarring the player/ team to play. Committee decision will be final and binding.
22) Further, if any team/ player are found guilty by umpire or Mahabahu United management for wrong doings during the match, it will be disqualified for that match and hence beneficiary will be the opposite team.
23) In case of any dispute of whatsoever nature during the tournament the same shall be referred to Chief Governing Council members and decision of the same shall be binding on all. However any decision of the Umpire cannot be challenged.
24) Drinking water to be provided once as `drinks break after 7 over's for 2 Mins.
25) All awards will be decided as per data provided by Crichero app and the Cricket committees involvement.

5 Minutes Break between per Innings & 12 Overs Bowling have to be completed @ 55 Mins
Points system, Top 2 teams qualify for finals.
