Rules:
1) 5 overs - 5 bowlers
2) No ball -  Bowler crease full line cross, Sideline touch, waist high full toss
3) Side arm bowling action will not be allowed. Pace of the ball can be appealed by batsman and if umpire is in agreement, will be declared as Dead ball.
4) Umpires will be from non playing team and their decision will be considered final. No arguments will be entertained.
5) New balls per innings for the first Match and same balls will be continued in the next matches.
6) 5 fielders will be allowed behind the non strikers end and max 3 players at the boundary. Any number of fielders can be placed in front of non strikers end.
