Rules and Regulations

All team players have to report at Veer Savarkar Ground on 6th Feb by 7 Am Sharp.

There are 8 teams participating in the tournament with 12 players each

Group distribution and match draw will be done on the ground at 7Am..

All the 8 teams are divided into 2 groups A&B Respectively.

There will be 4 league matches per team and these matches will be played between 2 groups.

It is compulsory to change openers in all the league matches.

No batsman can open in two consecutive league matches under any circumstances.

It is compulsory for all twelve team members to play minimum 2 matches.

All players have to wear track pants, Team TShirts and Sports Shoes compulsory.

Each Match will be played for 5 overs per innings.

Maximum time limit to complete per inning is 20 minutes, if not comply then there will be a penalty of 5 runs.

Minimum 5 bowlers should be used in inning. (1-1-1-1-1)

No LBW.

If ball went out of the ground (Direct or bounce) on leg side or off side, 2 runs will be declared.

If ball hits the straight wall directly then only it will be given as 4 runs or else number of runs you ran.

If ball goes out of the ground (Straight) then only 6 runs.

If balls stucks above toilet or toilet tank then 2 runs will be declared.

Trees and cable catches will be considered as not out.

If balls comes in ground after hitting any tree (inside or outside), then runs will be counted which you ran.

Umpire decision will be final decision.

Only Headley ball will be used.

Byes, Leg Byes, Wide and No Ball runs will be counted.

Free-hit after every no-ball.

Ball will not be counted but runs will be given (if taken) on wide ball or no ball and wicket is taken.

Only committee can change the rules at any given time.
