Dear captains, please go through the below rules and guidelines that will be followed from this week for all the matches:
1. Wicket keepers keeping up to the stumps for either pace bowlers or spinners MUST wear helmet - this is MANDATORY and umpires will not start the match until the rule is followed
2. Batsmen are advised to wear a helmet during the course of play
These rules are for players safety and is our first priority. So please talk to your teams and co-operate the rules strictly.
3 . Super sub exist in this tournament
4.Each Innings should be completed in 90 min or else umpires would take a call once 90 min

5.umpire decesion is final and abusive behaviour towards umpire will be penalised
6.Teams coming late for the match would have an impact on reduction of overs
7. Payment should be cleared after the first match is completed
8.D/L is applicable for all the matches once 5 overs is completed in the second innings
Points would be shared if D/L is not applicable
9.abusive behaviour towards fellow players are strictly adhered
10.Draws are taken care by the organisers .
