ATMA PREMIER LEAGUE RULES :

1. Only ATMA members or member’s son are allowed to play this tournament. If any outside player is found than he will be disqualified.

2. Total six teams will be participating in the tournament. Teams are divided into two groups o Group 1 – Suntouch Risers, Rotolam Kings, Axilam X1 o Group 2 – Royal Crown Challengers, Dolby Blasters, Riona Lions

3. The team with maximum points from each group will play the finals on 16th June at 7:00 Pm. In case two teams are having same points than the team having higher net run rate shall proceed further.

4. Match Timings o First Match  Reporting Time – 4:00 pm  Toss – 4:15 pm  Start Time – 4:30 pm o Second Match  Reporting Time – 7:00 pm  Toss – 7:15 pm  Start Time – 7:30 pm

5. Tournament would be played with hard tennis ball. New ball would be given at the start of the new innings.

6. All the teams will get to play 2 league matches.

7. Batsmen will have to retire after scoring 40 runs in league matches and 50 runs in final match. He can come back to bat after all the other players of the team have batted.

8. Each team will have 12 players each including one super-sub. 6 teams would be participating in the tournament. Registrations would be done on first come first serve basis and it will be closed after 66 players register.

9. Teams will have to play the tournament with the allocated 12 players. Once the tournament starts, no teams will be allowed to add or replace players. 10.Supersub can replace any player at any point during the game but only twice and is allowed to take over the substituted player’s bowling and batting duties.

11. League matches would be of 15 overs each and finals would be of 18 overs.

12. Mandatory Powerplay would be of 3 overs during league matches and 4 overs during finals. 2 players are allowed outside the 30 yard circle during mandatory powerplay.

13. Bowling Powerplay would be of 1 over and bowling team can take it between 4-9 over during league match and 4-12 over during finals. Batting Powerplay would be of 1 over and batting team can take it between 10-13 over during league match and 13-16 during finals. 3 players are allowed outside the 30 yard circle during batting and bowling powerplay.

14. Free hit would be given when a bowler balls no ball. Batsmen can only be Runout on a free hit.

15. Umpires would be final decision makers in case of an instance of a bowler bowling throw ball. Final authority should rest in the hands of the umpire.

16. Any player involved in physical argument with other players or match officials shall be disqualified.

17. All the teams should report 30 minutes prior to the start of the game. Any team failing to do so will get penalty.

18. Teams have to complete their quota of bowling in 70 minutes during league match and 90 minutes during finals. Any team failing to do so will get penalty of over cut.

19. One bowler can bowl max of 3 overs during league match (ie 3,3,3,3,3) and three bowlers can bowl max 4 overs during the finals. (ie 4,4,4,3,3)

20. No outside players can play other than allotted players or authorized by ATMA Committee. If any other player is found playing than that team would be disqualified.

21. All the matches will be played from one end only. Wicketkeeper can bowl at any point in time.

22. In case of a tie, super over would be played. If there is a tie again in super over than the team scoring most number of runs in boundaries shall process ahead.

23. Man of the match and player of the series would be decided by umpires and match officials. In case of any disputes, final decision shall rest in hands of umpires and match official.

24. In case of rain, Duckworth lewis will be applied. For application of the duckworth lewis, the team batting second should have played atleast 5 overs. Otherwise both the teams will get one point each.

25. In case of any conflicts, final decision shall rest in hands of committee members and umpires.
