RULES AND REGULATIONS

SECTION – 1

The Tournament Committee of Medichem National Cup 2020 have the authority to frame rules for conducting the tournament in fair manner.

The tournament committee will provide hard tennis ball for the tournament. 

In case of adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances during the competition the Committee has the authority to enforce rescheduling of the match.

8 teams will be participating in the tournament 

TEAMS

Each team can have maximum of 15 players in the team list to be updated in CricHeroes before given time. Only those players in 15 member team list are allowed to play in the tournament.

In case any disputes happens between the teams regarding the team list, the concerned team captain or the manager should report to the committee.

SECTION – 1

All matches shall be limited to a maximum of Ten (10) overs per innings. However, the tournament committee can change the number of overs which might be required under certain circumstances.

• 10 overs – Bowlers shall be allowed to bowl a maximum of 2 overs each.

• Power play included in this tournament for first two overs; only 2 players are allowed outside the 30 yd circle during power play. After the power play, minimum of 4 fielders excluding wicket keeper should be inside the circle. If any team violates rules, will be granted No Ball with Free hit. 

• FREE HIT is allowed for the No Ball.
