Trinity Cricket League (TCL) 2025 - T20 : Rules & Regulations
        
1    Before & After Toss    Arrive before 30 mins of game time/Teams approve the players/Ground ready with boundaries and 30 yards marked/Grease-Stumps marking/ Min players in both teams/ Talk to captains on public urination policy/Both New Balls/ Give teams speciific start times/Walk in 5 mins before the start time. Home Teams have to setup 30 yard circle, boundary cones and both the end stumps with bails.

2     Inings Timings    Match Time  85 minutes each innings ; Match start time 5.15pm - 1st Innings end time 6.40pm, 2nd innings start time 6.50pm end time 8.15pm.

3     Each Inings Play Time     85 mins plus  Break time 15mins after one innings.

4    Toss Time    15 mins Before the game.

5    Default Call off time    30 mins from start time of the game.

6    Min Players    Need minimum of 7 players in uniform at ground (not parking) to start a game.

7    Penalty Runs for arriving Late    Penalty Runs - (Time Delay/4)x6runs (Rounded down),(if both teams arrive late, no penalty run).

8    Overs per team after late arrival    Over lost in a game - (time delay/4) (rounded to a higher even number) over lost per team - over lost in a game/2.

9    Time lost per team    Time lost per team - (Time Delay/2) rounded down.

10    Penalty Runs for Overs bowled short (Bowling team fault)    Penalty runs for overs bowled short - (overs short x batting team RR x factor) (Wickets lost : factor) (1-4 wickets : 2) 5-7 wickets : 15 (8-9 wickets : 1.

11    Attire (Uniform Mandatory)    No White clothes or pads for batsman/bowler. Pls have common color jerseys or tees, odd color jerseys/tees will not be allowed.

12    Min Overs required for a match    7 overs.

13    Power Play - Overs/Fielders    6 overs at the start of inings/ Max 7 fielders inside the 30 yards & 2 fielders outside 30 yards. Short of player, teams should fill the 30 yard circle first.

14    Player absent on field    If a player is out of the field/substituted for 10mins or less mins, they can come bowl immediately. If can only bat after 5 wickets or penalty time has passed whichever happens first (penalty time - 60mins).

15    Player absent for batting inings but available for bowling    If the playerwas absent for the entire duration of the batting innings, the player will be allowed to bowl after 50% of the allocated overs are completed, plus anytime absent after his team has taken the field.

16    Bouncers    1 per over (Any further bouncer is no-ball & warning. Any further illegal bouncer bowler suspended from bowling.

17    Batsman Time Out (only on appeal)    90 sec (from previous batsman out time).

18    D/L    On any nature's intervention D/L will be used as per the CricHeroes App.

19    Squad     25 players will be allowed to play the entire league, once players are uploaded in the app will not be replaced or changed.

20    Player Eligibility    Each player has to play minimum 2 matches to get qualified to play playoffs.

21    Player Replacement    Player can be replaced in the 25 member squad, by paying replacement fee of $25. Players cannot be replaced after 4 matches played by the requesting team. NOT APPLICABLE.

22 No IMPACT player rule.
