1. Using Stumper ball only 

2. All league matches will be 12 overs

3. Power play will be 4 overs 

4. Should use five bowlers at least (only two bowlers can bowl 3 overs)(3,3,2,2,2)

5. Every matches in League round will be awarded a man of the match 

6. Mobile phone will be awarded for man of the match in semi final 

7. End of the tournament a bicycle will be awarded for most valuable player, best batsman and best bowler each.

8. Top four teams will be awarded a cup 

9. If a bowler bowling from around the stumps then only five fielder are allowed to field in the leg side (i e.1 bowler 5 fielders only allowed)
