Tournament Rules & Guidelines

1. Match Timings:
   Captains are requested to ensure the match starts at 07:00 AM sharp.

2. Overs Limit: (Two Innings)
   Each Innings will be 20 overs.
   Bowling limit – Maximum 4 overs per bowler.

3. Bat Restrictions:
   Only proper cricket bats are allowed.
   Pune (hole) bats are strictly not allowed.

4. Squad Limit:
   A team can register a maximum of 11 players.

5. Fielding Restrictions:

   • First 6 overs: Maximum 2 fielders allowed outside the 30-yard circle.
   • After powerplay: Minimum 4 fielders must be inside the 30-yard circle.

6. Retired Hurt Rule:
   If a batsman is retired for any reason, he may resume batting only after the fall of the 7th wicket, not before.

7. Extras:

   • Wide ball / No ball: 1 extra run.
   • No ball: Free hit will be awarded (including leg no ball or height no ball).
   • Fielding positions cannot be changed for the free hit delivery.

8. On-field Disputes:
   Any dispute during the match must be discussed only between the captains and the umpires. Strictly no interference from other players.

9. Ball Usage:
   Each innings will be played with one new hard tennis ball.

10. Mankading Rule:
    Mankading will be considered NOT OUT in this tournament.

All captains are requested to take the initiative and ensure the tournament is conducted peacefully, in the true spirit of sportsmanship.
