Greetings.
Below are the rules for the Tournament.
 
1. No Arguments with umpires.
2. The umpire's decision will be the final.
3. Both sides wide ball 1 run
4. Height No Ball 1 run and free hit
5. Line no ball 1 run and free hit
6. Overthrows allowed
7. No leg byes
8. No LBW
9. Byes are allowed
10.  Only one bowler can bowl a maximum of 3 overs.the remaining overs can be shared among the other bowlers.
11. 3 Overs Powerplay
12. In Powerplay, only 2 fielders are outside the circle.
13. After the power play, 4 fielders should be inside the circle.
14. One impact player is allowed.
15. The team should arrive 15 minutes before the match's scheduled time. If not, we will consider it a walkover.
16. Organizers will have the right to disqualify the team if the team creates any issues.
17. The total number of overs can be altered if there are any climate issues.
18. There are 7 teams divided into 2 groups: Group A with 4 teams and Group B with 3 teams. Each team in Group A will play 3 league matches, and each team in Group B will play 2 league matches. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the second round. In the third round (semi-finals), A1 will play B2, and A2 will play B1. There is a very rare chance of run rates being the same. In such a scenario, the team with the higher number of wickets taken per ball bowled across the matches will be ranked higher. If it is still equal, the organizer will decide the ranking either by drawing lots or tossing a coin.
19. The same player should not be in multiple teams. Organizers can disqualify the team for such instances.
20. Green Vicky lightweight balls will be used for all the matches.
21. Teams to bring their own bats. Organizers will not be providing any bats for playing. Only balls will be provided for matches.
22. If a substitute fielder is not reported to the umpire, a penalty of 5 runs will be awarded to the batting side.
23. Throwing or chucking must be appealed by the batsman to the umpire. The ball that is appealed will be considered a legal delivery, and the umpire will observe the bowler's action on the next delivery to determine whether it is a no-ball due to chucking.
24. If a ball pitches outside the designated pitch area, it is called a no-ball. If a ball pitches outside the designated pitch area, beyond the line of the stumps, It will be deemed good ball or wide ball or no ball based on umpire's decision by looking at where the ball is pitched
