? Tournament Rules & Regulations
1️⃣ Team & Player Rules
Each team can play with 12 players per match
Super Sub can either bat or bowl, not both
Players must report 15 minutes before the match start
2️⃣ Timings & Late Arrivals
Grace period: Max 8 overs (before Powerplay ends)
Late arrivals: 1 over reduced every 4 minutes
After 8 overs: Player can play only with opponent captain's consent
3️⃣ Player Restrictions
KPL, State & Division 1/2/3 players are not allowed (to ensure fairness)
Only players who played at least one league match can play in Semi-Finals & Finals
4️⃣ Rain & Match Delays
Rain before 15 overs of 1st innings: ₹1000 from each team
Rain before 5 overs of 2nd innings: ₹3000 from each team Rematch
Rain after 7 overs of 2nd innings: Full payment | DLS method applies
If 25 overs per team are possible despite delays: Umpires decide to continue or not
5️⃣ Match Scheduling
Out of 10 league matches, at least 5 will be afternoon games
All Semi-Finals & Final will be in the afternoon
