1. Each team will play **4 matches**.
2. **Top 2 teams** on the points table will play the **Final**.
3. **No knockouts** or semi-finals.
4. Points: Win = 2 pts | Tie/No Result = 1 pt | Loss = 0 pts.
* If same points, **Net Run Rate (NRR)** will decide.
⏰ **Match Time Limit: 3 hours (180 mins)**
* 1st innings: 90 mins
* Break: 15 mins
* 2nd innings: 75 mins
⚠️ Slow over rate = only 4 fielders allowed outside the circle from 19th over.
? **Impact Player Rule**:
* Teams can use 1 Impact Player (from 5 substitutes announced before toss).
* Can be used before 14th over — to bat, bowl, or field.
? **Basic Playing Rules**:
* 20 overs per side | Max 4 overs per bowler.
* First 6 overs = Powerplay (only 2 fielders outside).
* 7th–20th overs = Max 5 fielders outside.
* No-ball = Free Hit
* Tie = Super Over
? Teams must:
* Submit 15-member squad before tournament.
* Share Playing XI 5 subs before toss.
* Wear proper team jerseys with visible numbers.
* Bring match balls, own cricket kit, and first aid.
? Any misbehavior, argument, or abuse will lead to warnings or bans.
? **Final**:
* Top 2 teams play the final.
* If final is tied = Super Over
* If match is washed out = Team with better NRR wins.
