Tournament Format

• The format will be T20
  This tournament will consist of a Total of 12 Teams split into 2 groups
• Each group will have 6 teams each
• A lottery system will do the division
• There will be a total of 30 league matches
• Post league matches, the bottom 2 teams from each group will be eliminated
• The top 4 teams from each group will play the quarter-finals (8 Teams -4 QFs)
• Winners from the alternate quarter-finals will play the semi-finals (4 Teams - 2 semis)
• Winners from the semi-finals will play the finals
• Umpiring will be shared among all the playing teams equally
• The tournament will be played with a hard red tennis ball per inning
• The power play will be of 6 overs
• A bowler will be allowed to bowl a maximum of 4 overs
• An Impact player is allowed
• The minimum players required to start the match is 8
• The maximum number of players would be 20

• The schedule will be fixed, and rescheduling will be allowed.
• Rescheduling will be allowed only in case of an unforeseen event/natural calamity, post completion of all league matches serially
• The swapping option will be available
• The organizing committee (OC) is allowed to make schedule changes in worst-case scenarios, depending on the ground availability.
