Imperial Cricket League 2025 - Season 1

**Prizes & Awards**
Champion team receives a trophy and gold medals for all players.  
Runner-up team receives a trophy and silver medals for all players.  
Individual awards include Player of the Match, Player of the Tournament, Best Batsman, Best Bowler, and Best Fielder, each receiving a memento.

**Tournament Format & Rules**
8 teams will participate in a Double round-robin format.
Matches scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 6:00 AM.  
Playoff matches include Qualifier 1, Eliminator, Qualifier 2, and Final.

**Tournament & Match Fees**
One time Registration fee is 1600 per team (to be used for trophies only). 
Umpire fees: 500 for league matches (1 Umpire), 1000 for playoffs/finals (2 Umpires).

**Match Rules**
Standard cricket rules apply, excluding LBW and use of Fanti bats not allowed.
Every match must start on time; delays may incur penalties.
Teams must bring 2 new Nivea red tennis balls for a match.
Impact Player Rule with Maximum of 12 players, only 11 allowed to bat.

**Team Composition**
Maximum of 20 registered players per team.  
All players must have played a minimum of 5 matches in the league stage in order to be eligible for Playoff stage.
No player shall be allowed to play directly in the Playoffs.
No new players or replacements will be allowed once the tournament starts.

**Points System**
Win earns 2 points, loss earns 0 points.  
Tie results in a Super Over; if still tied, both teams receive 1 point.  
Walkover awards 2 points to the present team.

**Conduct & Discipline**
Players must demonstrate sportsmanship and respect.  
Misconduct can lead to penalties, suspensions, or disqualifications.  
Umpire decisions are final, and disputes can only be discussed by captains.  
Serious behavioral issues may result in immediate disqualification.
