Tournament Rules
⏰ Match Start Time & Punctuality
? Match must begin sharply at 6:30 AM.
? Minimum 8 players are required on the fielding side to start the match.
⏳ For every 5 minutes of delay, 1 over will be deducted from the 20-over total.
?⚖️ Umpires' decision is final regarding start delays.
⚠️ Captains cannot overrule this decision.
? Dismissal Rules
❌ LBW is not applicable.
✅ All other forms of dismissals are valid.
? Team Composition & Super Sub
? Captains must submit a 12-player squad before the toss.
? The 12th player will act as a Super Sub (batting or bowling), declared before the toss.
? No changes allowed to the Super Sub after the toss.
? Match Expenses (LTP Basis)
? Losing team will cover:

? Payment Guidelines
? Captains must transfer ₹4320/- immediately after the match to:

⏱️ Please ensure timely payments.
⚠️ Penalty for Delayed Payment
❗ If payment is not made on the match day,
? 1 point will be deducted from the team's standings.
? Dues & Match Eligibility
? Teams with pending dues will not be allowed to play their next match, regardless of the amount.
?️ Rain-Affected Matches
? Rain-affected matches will be rescheduled after the league stage.
?️ If the rescheduled match is also rained out,
? 1 point each will be awarded to both teams.
Rules for Rain-Affected Matches
? General Match & Rain Interruption Rules
If it rains before the completion of the first innings, play will resume exactly from where it left off on the rescheduled day.
If it rains again on the rescheduled day, the match will be considered a draw.
? Match Format & DLS Application
The DLS method will apply only to the second innings if a match is affected by rain.
A maximum of 6 overs will be played in the second innings to reach a result.
If the second innings cannot start due to rain, it will resume immediately after the next scheduled match:
Only 6 overs will be played.
The target will be calculated using the DLS method (as per Crick Heroz).
If rain interrupts after 6 overs of the second innings are completed, the final result will be declared as per DLS.
⏱️ Time Management & Penalties
Teams found delaying the second innings during the DLS phase will be penalized 5 runs for every 5 minutes of delay.
Umpires will assign a fixed time to complete the 6 overs.
Any time exceeding this limit will result in run penalties.
The umpire's decision will be final and binding.
? Ground Fee Rules
If at least one full innings (20 overs) is completed, the full ground fee will be charged.
This fee will be equally shared between the two teams.
If the match is abandoned before the first innings is completed, no ground fee will be charged.
After the match concludes:
The losing team will pay back the winning team the share they initially paid towards the ground fee.
? Tiebreaker Rules
If the match ends in a tie, a Super Over will be played.
If the Super Over also ends in a tie, the match will be decided by a Bowl-Out.
