·         One professional coach will be available for guidance

·         Wearing mask and keeping appropriate distance is mandatory for all individuals waiting outside, however participants are not required to wear masks inside the ground.

·         Participants are required to use their own equipment – Sharing is caring but it’s not allowed

·         MOH guidelines will be followed during training sessions

·         The duration of each training session will be 90 minutes and there will be 30 minutes break before second session

·         Only 8 participants are allowed to attend a session
