Rules for TPL tournament 

1) Umpire's decision will be called final.No arguments with umpire 

2) registration fees once paid it will be not refundable under any circumstances(match could be postponed if there is rain or storm)

3) scores will be counted digitally on mobile application

4) Teams will have to reach venue 10 minutes before match starts

5) Team can have 2 players as Substitute*(injury/other issue)

6) 1 over per bowler

7) Fiber bat not allowed

8) Cant lift legs while bowling (no ball will be given)
