Tournament Format:
- 12 teams divided into 4 groups (3 teams per group).
- Top 2 teams from each group advance to quarterfinals.
- Knockout rounds: Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Final.
Powerplay Rules:
- Total of 3 powerplay overs per innings.
- 1 Batting & 1 Bowling Powerplays: Must be taken within the first 5 overs. Otherwise 4th and 5th will be powerplay overs
- Only 2 fielders allowed outside the 30-yard circle during these overs.
- 10th Over: Mandatory powerplay. Up to 3 fielders allowed outside the 30-yard circle.
Innings Time Limit:
Each innings must be completed within 40 minutes.
