• T25 Format in Lower GDB ground (4 hours), Tournament start date 15th June 2025.
• Games to be played only on Saturday and Sunday in the morning slot beginning at 8AM.
6 teams, round robin format (5 matches each).
• Top 2 teams will play a final (high number of points and if equal points then run rate).
• In case of rain, points will be divided equally (1-1) but if "both" captains agree then they can arrange a game on their own cost. "No Show / less than 7 players" will cost the team 2 points and the opposition will be awarded with 2 points. If both teams falls under "No Show / less than 7 players" then the points will be equally divided among them (1-1). Again, if "both" captains agree then they can arrange a game on their own cost.
• Tournament to be organized and scored using CricHeros app. Every team need to register its team and squad on the app before 8th June 2025.

• One player cannot register/play for more than 1 team.
• Every team to announce upfront a squad of 15 players.
• Only on exceptional basis a player from outside of this squad will be allowed. To bring in players from outside of squad, relevant team captain will need to take no objection from all the other captains using the captain's group, minimum 1 day in advance.

• Batsman will be retired after 50 runs & can come back after all batsman are done in their team.
• After retire out, batsman cannot bat again in the same innings.
• One bowler can throw max four overs in an inning.
• Medals: MOM in every game (16); MOSeries (1); Best Batsmen (1), Best Bowler (1); Best Fielder (1); Winning Squad (15); Runners up Squad (15); Winners cup (1); Runners up cup (1); - MOM; MOS to be decided as per the CricHeros app.

• Challengers league ball will be used (Montgomery).
• 2 new balls will be used per innings then old balls.
• A neutral umpire will used and LBW is applicable in all the matches.
• For the entire innings, minimum 2 close/ catching position fielders to be maintained (umpire to decide on compliance and non compliance will result in a No ball).
• 4 hrs of booking will be done for each game. Only 1 Tent will be booked. Teams at their own cost can book for more facilities e.g. extra tent, chairs, tables etc.
• Cost for entire tournament to be paid upfront so as to allow booking. Final will be booked once final 2 teams are ready.
