1. 10 over , 5 bowler min, 3 over power play (1st over common powerplay, 2 to 6 any one over, bowling powerplay, 6 to 9 any one over batting powerplay)
2. 5 1 on side

4. Timing and Ground committe will schedule
5. Runout will be consider even in leg byes
