1. This is a three match series between Kharkhoda XI and Daredevil Nandgram. 
2. Each team has to deposit INR 1100, this amount will be used for prize distribution in final match. 
3. Each team has to pay half fee of the ground decided or if both teams agree, it can be a Lose To Pay match as well, though it is dependent on the captains of both teams. 
4. Each team will play with 11 players and all matches will be played with white leather ball.
5. Both the teams have to manage their umpires, no outside umpires will be available
6. The team who wins at least 2 out of the three matches will be declared as the winner.
7. Winner will get a team trophy and medals to each of its players.
8. Man of match(in final match only), orange cap winner and purple cap winner will be given prizes in cash in final.
