## Tournament Structure
- 12 teams participate in 2 groups (A and B)
- Home ground team group A
- Group B without ground team
- Each team plays 6 league matches against teams from the other group
- Top 4 teams from each group advance to quarterfinals
- Quarter final
- Group A 1st vs group A 4 th( venue group A 1st ground team venue)
- Group A 2 nd vs group A 3rd( venue group A 2 nd team venue)
- Group B quarterfinal matches venues( group A team 3 rd and 4 th team ground venues)
## Umpiring and Dispute Resolution
- Teams arrange umpires
- Umpire's decision is final
- Disputes resolved on-ground by captains and umpires
## Game Rules
- One ball used for 15 overs
- 2 points for win, shared points for ties
- Players arriving after 4th over can't bowl or bat
- Powerplay rules apply
- LBW and free hit not applicable
- One bouncer per over allowed
## Fair Play and Eligibility
- Chucking not allowed
- Players restricted to one team at a time
- Players must play at least one league game to participate in quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals
## Miscellaneous
- Runner allowed with mutual consent
- Retirement rules for injured/ill batsmen
- Ball change rules apply
