Rain Rule
In the event of rain during the match:
If the match is being played for three (3) overs or more before rain starts, and time still left in the match after it stops & ground is suitable for playing as per the decision of the umpires, the opponent team shall chase the revised target as calculated by Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method in CRICHEROS app, in the overs permissible in the remaining available time. Over permissible shall be calculated as per methodology given below:
{(Remaining available time as per schedule/ 105 minutes) X 24 Overs} rounded off to the next complete over.
If the permissible overs work out to less than 3 overs, 3 overs shall be considered for chase & the revised target shall be calculated accordingly by DLS method.
If the match cannot be started due to rain or unfavorable ground conditions or match can only be played for less than three (3) overs before the rain started & cannot be started again, point shall be equally distributed among the two team and this match will not be taken for calculation of NRR.
In case match cannot be organized due to emergency booking of ground, that (those) match(s) will be re-scheduled after pre – scheduled league matches. In this case committee shall take the decision.

Impact Players Rules
All teams must try to give equal opportunity to each player.
In league & knock – out matches:
A team shall substitute TWO (2) Impact Players in a match.
After the match starts, captains of both teams can nominate any two of remaining players to replace two of the players in the starting XI during any of the natural breaks of the match. Natural break means start of an innings, at the end of an over, at the fall of a wicket or when a batter retires.
But if a bowling side brings on an impact player after the fall of a wicket or in the event of a batter retiring in the middle of an over, the incoming substitute cannot bowl the remaining balls of that over.
However, the Impact Player can bowl his full quota of overs irrespective of how may overs the player he is replacing has bowled before getting substituted.
The player in the starting XI who is replaced by the Impact Player can play no further part except fielding, in the match.

Point system
For every win, team would get 2 points and losing team won’t get any points.
Walkover: -2 points to the team reporting for play (Absent team won’t get any points) and this match will not be taken for calculation of NRR for team receiving walkover. For team giving walkover, 0 run will be added to numerator and 20 overs to be added to denominator while calculating NRR.
In case of a tie in the League stages as well as Knock-out, there will be super over.
Rules for super over:
The team batting second in the match will bat first in the super over.
3 batsmen from each team can bat and 1 bowler from each team will bowl.
Entire fielding unit is allowed to field.
In case first super over is tied, second over shall be played where team batting second in the first super over will bat first in the second super over. Other rules as per the first super over shall be applicable.
In case second super over is tied, winner shall be decided considering the methodology as given below:
