    Thank you for participating in the “Jeet Singh Toor Memorial Twenty20 Cricket Tournament”. Association for Twenty20 Cricket in Himachal (APTCH) is organizing this tournament in the memory of Sh. Jeet Singh Toor. Sh. Jeet Singh Toor was born in Chamba on 26th January 1941. He served the Public Works Department as Assistant Engineer and left us on 5th February 1997. Sh. Jeet Singh Toor would have been so proud, happy and excited to have this Twenty20 Cricket Tournament played in his memory. If he were here today, his message to all of the players would be play hard and never give up. He inspired all who knew him with his courage, positive attitude and hope. He loved Cricket and always motivated youth towards sports.
    In Himachal, thousands of talented cricket players from backward, remote and rural areas, backward class & poor background, government schools, small towns/streets are playing cricket. "Association for Promotion of Twenty20 Cricket in Himachal" is an official platform for those talented cricket players from every corner of Himachal who wish to earn name and fame for self and for Himachal at State, National or International Level through their talent in cricket.
