▪️Match have to start by 0830am sharp on both days 

▪️Teams reporting will go with over rate penalty

▪️14 aside team 

▪️80-80 overs each team in 02 days

▪️02 Innings each side

▪️No inner circle restrictions 

▪️Leg stump wide ball will be remarked

▪️Two bouncers in the over for the pacers

▪️Helmet will be mandatory 

▪️One bowler can bowl up-to 10 overs per inning

▪️Two balls will be used per inning after ever 25overs

▪️Drinks break after ever 25 overs (fielders can keep the water with them outside of the fence and for batsmen they can ask if they need) 

▪️All bowlers are supposed to get a chance to ball 

▪️All playing 14 cannot be in the field, only 11 players will be in the ground for the fielding

▪️Captains can use all 14 players for the bowling from the extra 3 sitting outside of the ground so the replacement can go off the field and rest(only depends on the captains decision for whom to give the overs) 

▪️For the batting same applies,  only 11 can bat on day 1, and if captains want to switch the batsman to bats for day 2 they can do so (again solely decision of the captains to decide whom they want to bat in Match 01 and whom they want to bat in match 02)

▪️If players are changing with the substitutes, so as many as overs they will spend time out of the field, they will have to wait for those many overs to bowl back. 

▪️There are no restrictions for the wicket keepers, if the captains want to swap the wicket keepers to let them rest they may do so and replaced keeper can resume the wicket keeping.

▪️Break time in the innings change is 45minutes at the max
