Rules of the game:

• Each inning will be 10 overs and there will be 3 overs of power play. 2 overs at the beginning of the game which are mandatory and 1 over of batting power play (batsman can take it whenever he wants after the first 2 overs).
• In the first 2 overs of power play, a maximum of 2 fielders can be kept out. And in the batting power play, a maximum of 3 people can be kept out. 
• If a team does not take a batting power play between the 3rd and 9th overs, then the 10th over will be a mandatory power play.
• A maximum of 3 overs can be bowled by 2 bowlers in each innings. And a minimum of 4 bowlers will be bowled. 
• Squad: 16 people. 11 people will play. 1 impact and 4 subs. 
• All ICC rules except LBW and Man-cut out will apply. 
• Each team will have to play in their own jersey.
• No player can play for any team other than their own. 
• Players of both teams must stay in the designated pavilion during the game. 
• The entire tournament will be officiated by 2 umpires. 
• The umpire's decision on the field during the game is final. 
• Arguing with the umpire is not allowed. This can lead to fines or suspension.

 Important Note:

•  The first match on both days will start according to the match schedule.
• Any kind of rude behavior and fighting will have to be accepted by the committee. Strict action will be taken against rude behavior, abuse, sledging, bad behavior or activities against the spirit of sportsmanship.
• No player will be allowed to enter the field without jersey, trousers and sports shoes. No request will be accepted here.
•  If any team wants to give a walkover, that team will be expelled from the tournament.
• Only those who are appearing for SSC examination in 2011 will be able to play in this tournament.
•  Each team will have to pay the full fee within the stipulated time.
•  All teams are requested to reach their match time at least 30 minutes before.
• If any team fails to arrive within their time, the match will be cancelled.
•  The organizing committee reserves the right to change the rules if necessary. In case of special needs and any new circumstances that arise, the decision of the tournament committee is final.
