## General Rules

Age Cutoff Date: 1 January 2011

- *Player Eligibility*: A player who has played in one team is not allowed to play in another team.

- *Team Reporting Time*: Teams should report 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled match start time. Late teams may face penalties, including overs deduction.

- *Umpire's Decision*: The umpire's decision is final and binding.

## Match Rules

- *Number of Overs*: Matches can be 30 overs per side, depending on the tournament format.

- *Powerplay*: The first 8 overs are mandatory powerplay, with restrictions on field placements. Only 2 fielders can be outside the 30-yard circle during powerplay.

- *Bowling Restrictions*: Typically, 5 bowlers are allowed to bowl a maximum of 6 overs each per innings.

- *Ball Type*: Matches may use Red Leather Ball

## Scoring and Tie-Breakers

- *Wide and No-Ball*: Count as extra runs, and an extra ball must be bowled in the over.

- *Tie-Breaker*: A one-over eliminator per side may be played, where each team nominates 3 batsmen and 1 bowler.

## Other Rules

- *Substitutions*: A super sub is allowed .

- *Runner*: A runner is not allowed for an injured batsman.
