1. Eligibility
1.1. Players must be born on or after 02-01-2014 (cut-off date: 01-01-2014).
1.2. Each team may register a maximum of 15 players.
1.3. Aadhar card / SSC Xerox & one additional photo ID must be presented before the first match.

2. Tournament Format
2.1. Match Type: T20 (20 overs per side).
2.2. Stage: Straight knockout format.
2.3. Each match must start promptly at its scheduled time; a grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for late teams, after which the match will be forfeited.

3. Playing Conditions
3.1. ICC standard T20 playing conditions apply unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Ball change: One new ball per innings.
3.3. Powerplay: First 6 overs fielding restrictions as per ICC T20 rules.
3.4. In rain-affected matches, DLS method may be used to recalculate targets.

4. Conduct & Discipline
4.1. Players must wear proper cricket whites or academy uniform, with appropriate protective gear.
4.2. No profanity, dissent, or on-field misconduct will be tolerated—umpires’ decisions are final.
4.3. Level-1 and Level-2 offenses will incur warnings or fines; Level-3 offenses (physical abuse, throwing equipment) can lead to match expulsion.

5. Injuries & Substitutes
5.1. A substitute fielder may be allowed only for injury, with the umpires’ approval.
5.2. Injured players cannot bowl after leaving the field.
5.3. No “Concussion Substitutes” under current tournament regulations.

6. Tie-Breaker
6.1. In the event of a tied match, a Super Over will be played immediately.
6.2. If the Super Over is also tied, the winner will be decided by boundary count (total boundaries scored in main match + Super Over).

7. Awards
7.1. Man of the Match & Man of the Series
7.2. Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Best Fielder
7.3. All teams in the semifinals will receive participation medals; the champion team will be awarded the trophy and winner’s medals.

8. Liability & Rights
8.1. The organizers and venue authorities are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to players or personal belongings.
8.2. All participants grant the tournament unrestricted rights to use photographs, videos, and audio recordings for promotional purposes.
8.3. The organizers reserve the right to alter the schedule, venues, or playing conditions in the interest of fairness or safety.
