? Rules & Regulations
1. Team Jersey
• Each team must wear a proper team jersey, which is compulsory.
• Concerned SHOs are requested to ensure jerseys are arranged for their respective teams.
2. Entry Fee
• A minimal joining/entry fee of ₹10,000/- will be collected from each team to help meet the organizational expenses of the tournament.
• Lunch will be provided for 15 members of each team.
3. Participation
• It is mandatory for every Police Station under South District to participate in the tournament.
4. Team Composition
• Players must be duty personnel of the respective police stations only.
• No outside or borrowed players will be allowed under any circumstances.
• Women duty personnel who wish to participate may do so, either in escort/support roles or as team members, based on interest and suitability.
5. Discipline & Conduct
• All participants must maintain discipline, professionalism, and sportsmanship during the event.
• Any form of misconduct or indiscipline may lead to disqualification of the individual/team.
6. Match Format & Umpiring
• Matches will follow a T20 format.
• Umpire decisions will be final and binding.
• Any disputes will be resolved by the organizing committee.
7. Match Venue
• All matches will be played at the Jorethang Playground.
• Teams are expected to report on time as per the fixture schedule.
