Rules & Regulations

All games leading up the finals shall be limited to a maximum of 10 overs per innings.
Five bowlers shall be allowed a maximum of 2 overs.
All the matches will be on morning session only, 6am and 8am
Two points will be awarded to the declared winning team for each match.
Incase match gets a tie, 1 point will be awarded to both the teams.
The matches will be in league system. (4 Group, All the teams has to play with each teams in the group).
The top 2 teams will qualify into Quarter Final /Semifinal (Quarter Final, Semi Final & Final will be knockout system)
If you do not like or agree with the decision of the umpire, opposite captain can change umpire.
There shall be power play for first 3 overs during which maximum of 3 players are allowed outside the circle. After the power play maximum of 6 players are allowed to field outside the circle.
There is no LBW and no Free Hits for all no balls.
We consider all byes (leg byes and others).
We consider over throws.
The nominated substitute players to be available present before 3rd over of the match.
Committee approved balls (RED Tennex) shall be used in the competition.
If bowler is chucking (Throwing), umpire shall take any decision even if not appealed from batsman.
If the non-striker move from the crease before the bowler complete his action, the bowler have rights to the stumping and if it is 1st time umpire can giving warning to the non-striker batsman and then if he repeat the same the batsman will be declared out by the umpire.
No bonus pints will be given in this tournament.
One bouncer per over is allowed as per international rules.
No runners are allowed during the match. Exceptional by agreeing both captains
All playing teams should be there to the below schedule. if any team fail to follow the below timings, the opponent team will be declared winner on walkover basis.
Only 1 ball should use for 10 overs, if ball tare after the 4th over then batting team can choose another ball.
If the ball tare while batsman shot the ball will be dead ball (If the ball out side boundary line it will be six or four, also that ball also include in that over)
Playing 11 and 2 sub list should be handed over to team captains before tossing.
Wicket keeper can bowl directly.
Leg side only 5 Fielders are allowed, Bowler can bowl any side, it's not considered. Fielders must not be more than 5.
The player who played batting in the 1st session should be in field, minimum of 4 overs in the second session.
Team Captains are the all responsible of their team matches. They should be conversant and proficient with the laws of cricket and they should control the behavior of all his team players acting on their behalf in the case of disputes. They should respect the umpires opinion and decisions Rules Amendment

*4 ഓവർ പുതിയ ബോൾ തന്നെ നിര്ബദ്ധമായും ഉപയോഗിക്കുക 4 ഓവറിനുള്ളിൽ ബോൾ പൊട്ടുകയാണെങ്കിൽ വീണ്ടും പുതിയ ബോൾ തന്നെ കളിക്കേണ്ടി വരും
*Main Umpair decision will be final
Leg Umpair call should be discussed with the main Umpair if it's an out.
* Main umpair have only the wright to take the final decision.
*Once umpire noticed changed side without informing umpire its a no ball. Next ball umpire should ask the bowler.
Umpair have the wright to warn the bowler if he repeat the same.
leg Umpair should call if its an runout or a hit wicket.
