Important Update on Qatar Champions League 2025

Dear Team Representatives, Supporters, and Well-Wishers,

We regret to inform you that the Qatar Champions League 2025 has been postponed due to an unforeseen technical issue related to the lighting infrastructure at the Old Ideal Indian School Ground.

As many of you know, we were fully prepared to kick off this highly anticipated tournament on 24th May 2025. Jerseys, trophies, prizes, and all other necessary arrangements had been finalized. However, a critical delay has occurred in the shipment of new floodlights, poles, and related equipment which were scheduled to arrive from India this week. Due to ongoing global shipping challenges, the arrival has been delayed.

We understand the excitement and preparations made by the confirmed participating teams, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured that this decision was made solely in the interest of maintaining the quality and safety standards of the tournament.

We are now planning to reschedule the tournament to commence from the second week of June 2025, subject to the arrival and installation of the lighting system by the end of this month.

We thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We remain committed to delivering a successful and memorable edition of the Qatar Champions League.
