*Key Changes & Highlights*
1 Player Availability: Board members will confirm player availability each Thursday.
2 Awards:
◦ Winner’s Trophy (Captain) - Final Match
◦ Runner-up Trophy (Captain) - Final Match
◦ Man of the Match (MOM) - Final Match
◦ Man of the Series (MVP)
*General Rules for Player Selection*
1 A total of 24 players will be confirmed to play each week.
2 Captains will select 12 players for their respective teams.
3 Player confirmations will be collected every Thursday morning.
4 Individual confirmations are required—proxy confirmations are not allowed.
5 In case of more than 24 confirmations, a first-come, first-serve basis will apply.
6 Players must be present for at least 2 hours—partial play is not allowed.
*Captain’s Responsibilities and Match Rules*
1 Each team must have a slip fielder.
2 A minimum of 8 bowlers must be utilized. (if we play 18overs match)
3 Power Play:
◦ 4 overs, with 3 players outside the 30-yard circle. (if we play 18overs match)
◦ For the remaining overs, 4 players must remain inside the 30-yard circle.
4 Not Applicable: LBW, Leg Bye, Free Hit.
5 Other Rules: Standard ICC T20 rules apply.
6 Points Table:
◦ 2 points per win.
◦ Net Run Rate (NRR) will determine standings.
◦ In the case of identical NRRs, further criteria will be set by the Board.
7 Batsmen Retirement: Batsmen may retire and return to bat only after the fall of the last wicket.
8 Equal Opportunities: Captains must ensure all players get a chance to bat and bowl.
9 Umpire’s Decision: Final and binding. Only captains may consult the umpire in case of disputes.
*League Match Rules (Excluding Final)*
1 Bowler Limit: A maximum of 2 overs per bowler.
2 By-Runners: Not permitted for batsmen.
3 Iron Frame Wicket:
◦ With bails: Bails must be dislodged.
◦ Without bails: The entire structure (stump, spring, peg, etc.) is considered the wicket.
*Match Timings*
1 Matches start at 6:00 AM and end by a maximum of 9:00 AM.
2 A 15-minute buffer is allowed for injuries or players leaving the field.
3 Delays will be deducted from the total match time and calculated for both innings.
4 If an inning exceeds 80 minutes, at least 5 fielders must stay inside the 30-yard circle.
5 At least 15 players must be present to start the match at 6:00 AM.
6 Times to retrieve the ball from the boundary will not count toward the innings total
