BASIC RULES AND INFORMATIONS OF TOURNAMENT

1. In 20 overs game, the first 6 overs will be power play and maximum two fielders can be outside the fielding circle.  After 6 overs, maximum 5 fielders can be outside the fielding circle.  Each team should carry medical First Aid kit.  Maximum 10 minutes is the break time between two innings.

2. All teams have to bring their documents  back three year mark sheets, Aadhaar card and birth certificate so that if there is any objection against any player, it can be checked.

3. All teams and coaches are requested that this tournament is yours, cooperate in it and do not let any dispute arise.  If such a condition is found, the organizers committee will decide on it and if found wrong, the team will be expelled from the tournament.

4. If both the teams reach the ground late and do not come to the ground even after waiting for a limited time, then the match will be reduced to 15 overs.

5. After the match starts, a match has to be completed in 3 hours in which one innings has to be completed in 90 minutes.  If an innings is not cleared in 90 minutes, then a penalty will be imposed for which you yourself will be responsible.

6. If the next batsman does not come to the ground within 90 seconds after the wicket falls, then the batsman will be declared out if the opposite team appeals.

7. After every over, the next over has to be started within 60 seconds.  If this condition is found repeatedly then penalty action will be taken.
