Doctor’s Premier League Alwar Summer Season 2025

Rules For Matches 

4 teams in the league will play a total of 6 league matches (3 matches for each team).

The top 2 teams will play in the final.

Top 2 teams will be decided on the basis of Points & Net Run Rate (NRR) by the CricHeroes app.

The dress code of each team is fixed. T-shirts and caps are provided by the organizers. Players should wear their black/dark blue lowers with T-shirts.

Each team/player should come with their respective cricket equipment.

No player will be allowed to bat without protective equipment.

Each match in Doctors Premier League Alwar 2024 will be played in 20-20 overs format.

All matches in the league will follow international 20-20 over match rules.

The match start time is 6.00 am.

The toss time in every match is 5.45 am.

Both teams should arrive at the ground at 5.30 am.

After the toss, the captains of both the teams will announce the playing 11 and 1 impact player.

If any team does not come to the field before 6.15 am, Then the rival team will be declared as the winner.

If a team has a shortage of players at the time of the match, then that team will play with fewer players.

If any team creates an unexpected delay in the match, then 5 runs will be given to the opposing team as a penalty.

If the match starts late due to rain or delay by both the teams, then the overs of the match may have to be reduced.

Duckworth Lewis rule will be applicable in matches delayed due to rain or other natural reasons.

In tie match condition winner decided by the super over.

Impact Player rule will be applicable in every match.

The decision taken by the umpire during the match will be final, no one will argue with the umpire for any decision.

Chucking while bowling is not allowed, decision about chucking taken by the on field umpire.
Substitute fielders can be used by the fielding side in the match.

The team can use substitute fielders from the players available within the team's squad.

Substitute fielders will be able to do field only.
If the fielding side uses a substitute fielder, he will be present on the field for a minimum of 5 overs.

The next replacement of the fielder can be done after 5 overs of the previous replacement.

Bowling and wicketkeeping by substitute fielders will not be permitted.

No replacement players will be allowed in the innings after completion of 18 overs.

If a player retires hurt from the batting side then he can come back to bat only after 9 wickets are out.

A 2 minute drink break will be given after every 5 overs in each innings.

In case of any dispute the final decision will be that of the tournament organisers. 

After the match is over players of both the teams will stay on the field for prize distribution (Man of the Match, Best Bowler and Best Batsman).

The player for Man of the Match, Best Bowler and Best Batsman will be decided by the cricHeroes app.
