• Each match will be of 12 overs and final match will be of 15 overs .

• 2 bowlers can bowl maximum of 3 overs while others can bowl maximum of 2 overs .

• No leg byes and OVERTHROWS are considered and NO BALLS will have Free hit. No fielding change during free hit. There will be BYES. (Free hit is for only BEAMER and FRONTFOOT 100 % NO BALL)

• For High bouncer NOBALL there will be one warning per over . 

• Powerplay will be of 4 overs of that 3 overs are the first 3 overs of the innings in which only 2 fielders are allowed outside the 30 yard circle and another over of poweplay will be between 8-10th over which will be choose by the batting team with maximum 3 fielders allowed outside the 30-yard circle and after powerplay minimum 4 fielders should be inside circle excluding bowler and wicketkeeper . 

• Maximum 5 fielder can field on leg side . 

• Umpire decision is final decision no further arguments . 

• All the team players should be there at the ground on time.

 • In case of any indiscipline or misconduct any player or team as whole organising committee shall have power to even scratch the team or disqualify the players from match or tournament . 

• No help runners. 

• Playing 11 should be given to the umpire before the toss , In case if any player is late for the match substitution should be done before 4 overs only.

 • Those who are played for one team will not be allowed to play in another team.

 • Players should not talk or clap while bowler taking runup.

 • No lateral movement by the fielder while bowler taking runup .

 • Wicket keeper can wear gloves. Keeper change should be informed to the umpire and position of the keeper also should be informed to the umpire if they need any change in position.

 • Guard should be informed to the umpire for every over.

 • Batsman should not leave the crease till the ball is dead. 

• No arguments with the opposite team players if any queries the captain should approach the umpire.

 • Retired hurt player should play after 1 wicket.

 • No baby overs. 

• Strategic timeout after 6 overs and will be of 3 minutes in each innings. 

• 05 minutes gap after completion of 1st innings . 

• To substitute any fielder permission of umpire is compulsory .

 • If two teams have same points then NET RUN RATE will be considered. (By CAPTAIN CALCULATOR) . • People who are employees of Rims/opec and RIMS students can participate.

 • Any person who is part of previous RPL seasons can play, even though he is not part of RIMS at present. 

• If organising committee have any doubt on new player they may ask any proof related to RIMS , In case of any objection the player should produce job order copy and daily attendance of recent 6 months. 

 • Tie in any match , SUPEROVER will be there. 

• If any team found any outside player then that team will be disqualified and their points will go to opponent team.

 • No cash prize only trophy will be given for winners and runners.

 • MANKAD RULE: The bowler is permitted, before releasing the ball provided he has not completed his usual delivery swing, to attempt to runout the non-striker by informing umpire. 

▫️If ball hits the obstacles (tree), and does not reach the boundary, the batting team should run and boundary will not be alloted. 

▫️If bowler is chucking, then batsman can directly appeal to the umpire. If umpire finds bowling action is illegal the bowler will be suspended from bowling for the rest of the tournament.
