Cricket Tournament Rules & Regulations
- Each team must have 12 players (11 playing 1 substitute).
- Players can register as a team or as individual participants (who will be assigned to teams).
- All players must report 30 minutes before their match.
- A player can represent only one team in the tournament.
- The tournament will follow a knockout format.
- Each match will be 8 overs per side (subject to change based on circumstances).
- A maximum of 2 overs per bowler is allowed.
- Powerplay: First 2 overs, with only 2 fielders outside the inner circle.
- Standard cricket rules apply for wides and no-balls, Overthrows and Byes.
- No LBW Rule
- The umpire’s decision is final and binding.
- Any form of misconduct, including arguments with the umpire, will lead to warnings or even disqualification.
- Players must adhere to fair play and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
- If a match ends in a tie, "One Ball" Match will decide The Winner.
- If a team fails to report within 15 minutes of the scheduled match time, they will be disqualified.
- In case of rain or unforeseen events, the match duration or format may be modified by the organizing committee.
Note: The organizers reserve the right to modify any rules if required. All participants must follow the guidelines to ensure a smooth and fair tournament.
