1. 6 teams are listed for the tournament 
2. Two Groups , Group A & Group B
3. Two league matches 
4. 10overs match 
5. One match umpiring compulsory for each 6.Registration fee should be paid before the League match
7. Players list should be verified by tournament committee and any players are considered as Guest Players or not consistent with past games not considered for tournament 
8. And 15 players list required to be provide by team captain and any player not considered to play direct knockout stage without playing Atleast one league match 
9. Umpires decisions are final no any argument or conflicts are not allowed , if any concerns on decision should raised by team captain and others are not allowed to overlap.
10. 1 New ball allotted on each Innings start . And one  used ball will be also used after power play, if any delay in collecting the balls outside ground. If ball crack on the delivery , 
10.1- If 4 or 6 should be considered as same and considered as official delivery 
10.2- If it’s out or inside ground will not be considered as official delivery and redoing the last delivery .
11. Power play restrictions for first 2 overs
12. Each match toss will be held before 15minutes of  scheduled match time  , at-least 9 players should be reported during the toss. If any delay by team during toss and exceed up to scheduled  match time, the toss will be carried over  to opponent team(those who available at ground). Still further delay by any team will be considered for over deduction
And that will applied as follows …

  12.1 - between 0.1. to 2O minutes will be considered for 1over deduction on power play and again if continue delay each 10minutes one overs will be deducted from total overs, finally walkover granted to the opponent team 
 
 13. Any substitute added and agreed by opponents captain will be considered first three overs after same substitute will be counted in plying.
