This league is being organized in Unnao district, providing a platform for local tennis ball cricket players to showcase their talent and progress further. It offers a competitive environment at the district level. The league is sponsored by Saakar Enterprises and Parda Ghar, with HRS as the sports partner.

A total of six teams are participating: Awasthi Sports, JK Sports, Saakar Enterprises, Parda Ghar, New Bombay, and Rickshaw AR Interior. This is a trial-based league, and the auction will be conducted on a points-based system.
