League Rules and Regulations:
General rules:
1. Each team consists of 7(main) and 2(substitute) players.
2. A & A players are not permitted.
3. Age verification (Aadhar card or School/College ID) is mandatory during registration.
4. Teams must report 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
5. The advance fee is non-refundable.
6. Balls should be bought from Committee only; no outside balls.
7. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.
8. Players caught using drugs will be banned from the tournament.
9. Misbehavior may result in warnings or disqualification.
Game rules:
1. 5 overs per innings.
2. Batting powerplay: First over only; max 1 player beyond the 3rd pillar from boundary.
3. Only 1 bowler can bowl 2 overs.
4. Speed limit: 70 km/h; no free hit, only re-ball for overspeed.
5. Free hit applies for over-stepping or waist-high no balls.
6. Bowler may take a maximum of 2 steps before delivery; exceeding is a no-ball.
7. No LBW; Leg byes allowed.
8. No last man life.
9. No team re-entry.
10. Impact players are not allowed; fielding substitutes are permitted.
11. Concussion substitute allowed only with umpire's decision.

The committee/umpire's decision is final. Rules may be modified at the committee's discretion based on the circumstances.
