General Rules
1. Team Composition:
• Each team should consist of 14 players, with a maximum of 3 substitutes.
• Teams can be combination of females and males, if desired.
• Avoid shifting of players from one team to another, in case of requirement, shifting of players outside player are entitled for fielding only except wicket keeping.
2. Match Format:
• Matches can be played in a T15 format (15 overs per side) or a shorter format like 10 or 12 overs per side, depending on the time available.
• Each bowler can bowl a maximum of 3 overs in a T15 match or a proportionate number in shorter formats (10 & 12 over 2 over per bowler).
3. Equipment:
• Standard cricket equipment should be used, including a hard tennis ball, cricket bats, stumps, and protective gear.
• Teams should plan and wear matching uniforms for easy identification. Company branded T-shirt is a good option.
4. Umpiring and Scoring:
• Neutral umpires should be provided by the Ground Staff to ensure fair play.
• A scorer should be designated to keep track of runs, wickets, and overs.

Tournament Structure
1. Group Stage:
• Teams can be divided into 2 groups, with each team playing against all other teams in their group.
• Points are awarded for wins, ties, and losses.
2. Knockout Stage:
• The top teams from each group advance to the knockout stage (semi-finals, and final).
• Matches in the knockout stage are elimination matches.
3. Tie-Breakers:
• In case of a tie, a Super Over can be used to determine the winner.
• If the Super Over is also tied, the team with the most boundaries in the match can be declared the winner.
Code of Conduct
1. Sportsmanship:
• Players should exhibit good sportsmanship and respect towards opponents, umpires, and spectators.
• Any form of misconduct or unsportsmanlike behavior should be sent out of the ground for 30 mins.
2. Safety:
• Safety gear should be worn as per requirement of the player.
• First aid kits are arranged by the Admin Team and will be available through-out at the venue.
3. Fair Play:
• Any disputes should be resolved amicably, with the umpire's decision being final.
• Teams should adhere to the spirit of the game and avoid any unfair practices.
Logistics
1. Venue:

• Date: March 22, 2025
• Time: 10:00AM – 8:00PM (The final match will be a thrilling day-night event under the floodlights)
• Arrangement of Refreshment, Lunch and Evening Snacks with juices and water for players and spectators will be available for all employees.
2. Scheduling:
• Create a match schedule on the App and teams can follow the same on the App only.
• Max 30 mins time between matches for rest and preparation if back-to-back matches are scheduled.
3. Awards and Recognition:
• Winner trophies for each member of Winning Team and Man of the match trophy of each match to be provided during presentation ceremony. Further participation certificates for all players to be provided in office.
