*RASHMI CRICKET LEAGUE 2025*

*Rules & Regulations*:-

(1) The total number of franchises will be 8 .

(2) One Impact player is available for every match and every team as per IPL rules.

(3) One Franchise can play .

(4) Each franchise has to buy a minimum of 15 players.

(5) The committee will provide a list of Batter and Bowlers and wicket keepers.

(6) Each franchise has to buy a minimum of 4 bowlers and 2 wickets keepers.

(7) The base point each player is 20 .

(8) After buying players,selective one player can sit with his franchise for team making purposes.

(9) Unprofessional behaviour of any not acceptable,committee can take strong action.

(10) Suspicious balling action not allowed.

(11) Rules are the same as league matches.

(12) Umpire's decision is final, any action against Umpires will be publishable .The team will be banned if it is at level of extreme. 

(13) Suspicious action will only judged by umpires. Only fair action bowlers can ball. 

(*) 1st Warning is no ball free hit.

(**) 2nd Warning can ban the bowler from times that Match.

(***) 3rd Warning can ban the bowler from the tournament.

(14) Committee will not provide any ball .Teams have to play with their own ball . 

(15) Within 45 minutes each innings must be completed.(8 overs) 

(16) Each team had to be present in the field before given time.(6:15am)

(17) Each team had to buy min 2 players

for Jitusol Gadro Salboni Gitokham.

(18) Minimum 2 Villages players will must played in every match by all teams.Maximum 3 Villages or Foreign players will played.

(19) Power play 2 over.

(20) One bowler can bowl maximum 2 overs.

(21) Minimum 4 bowler can used.

(22) No LBW and No leg by.

(23) Headley (Yellow) is official ball.
