The tournament rules are as follows:

* This tournament will be a 12-team tournament and each team will be allowed to get 15 players through the auction, excluding the team owner and icon player.

* Each team will be awarded 30.000 points, after crossing 30.000 points no team will be allowed to participate in the auction.

* On the date of auction, only team owner and icon player of the team will be allowed to participate in the auction process and the auction date will be decided by the organizer in the next few days.

* Each team owner is allowed to field only 6 players from his village/city in the team

The team owners shall take full responsibility of the players of their team to prevent any brawl till the end of the match, in case of such incident, such team will be ejected in the middle of the match and the franchise fee will not be refunded for any reason.

* The 12 team group will be divided into groups A and B. In the league stage, the top 2 teams in the 2 groups will play the first qualifier and the 2nd team will play the eliminator.

* Each match is limited to 5 overs with 4 bowlers allowed

* Each match is of 50 minutes duration, with a 1 minute drink break after three overs of the match

10% of the franchise fee will be fined for the team playing the match at a slow pace
