Each team can, with a minimum of 1 female player on the field at all times. field a

maximum of 8 players

BATTING RULES

6 runs will be awarded if the ball directly hits the net opposite the batsman (straight

hit) without bouncing on a ground/net.

4 runs will be awarded if the ball hits the net opposite the batsman after bouncing on

the ground or the net.

If the ball hits anywhere within the nets, except for boundaries, the ball in play will be

considered and the team has to run.

BOWLING RULES

Each bowler can bowl a maximum of 1 over per match.

Bowling with run up is not allowed.

The delivery must be bowled with an overarm action, and the bowler's feet must

remain within the designated bowling box. If the bowler's foot touches or crosses the

box crease during delivery, a no-ball will be called, resulting in a free hit for the

batting team. Each team must have at least one over bowled by a female player.

Bowling with a bent knee or raised foot is not allowed and will be called a no-ball by

the umpire. However, this rule is not applicable for female player.

Standard no-ball, wide ball, byes, and overthrow rules will apply.

Fast bowling is not permitted. The umpire will judge the bowling speed. If the umpire

deems the delivery too fast, a no-ball will be called immediately without a prior

warning.

Any deviation from the above bowling rules will result in a no-ball being called

followed by the free hit.

The umpire's decision is final and binding.

A wicketkeeper must be present behind the stumps at all times.

Extra Runs:

1 run will be awarded for a wide ball.

1 run will be awarded for a no-ball. A free hit will be awarded after a no-ball.

Byes and leg byes will be considered and added to the score.

During a free hit, only run out will be considered.

If the wicketkeeper collects the ball before it passes the stumps, a no-ball will be

called, and any potential stumping will be invalid.
