Tournament Schedule (March 2025)
Tournament Format:
1. League Phase: Each team will play every other team once (3 matches per team).
2. PlayOff Phase: Top 2 teams from the league phase will play the Qualifier match.
- The remaining 2 teams will play the Eliminator match.
- Winner of the Qualifier will go directly to the Final.
- Winner of the Eliminator will play the loser of the Qualifier in the Second Qualifier.
- Winner of the Second Qualifier will play the Qualifier winner in the Final.
Tournament Rules:
1. *Match Duration*: Each match will be *20 overs* per team with a *red leather ball*.
2. *Team Composition*:
- Players from the same company should be part of the same team to maintain a corporate vibe.
3. *Over Rules*:
- A bowler can bowl a maximum of *4 overs* per match.
- *Powerplay*: The first 6 overs will be powerplay, where only 2 fielders are allowed outside the 30-yard circle.
4. *Points System*:
- *Win*: 2 points
- *No Result*: 1 point for both teams
- *Loss*: 0 points
5. *Tie*: In case of a tie, the result will be decided by a *super over* (1 over per team).
6. *Discipline*: Players should maintain *professional behavior* on and off the field. Any misconduct will be reviewed by the tournament organisers.
