1. Umpire decisions are final and cannot be changed; both umpires can discuss and confirm the outcome.
2. Mankading is not allowed.
3. In case of a tie or draw in league stages, points will be shared. Only Knockouts and Finals have a Super Over.
4. For a no-ball, if the ball’s trajectory is above the waist height and hits the stumps, it’s ruled a no-ball.
5. Two by-runners are allowed, specified at the start.
6. League matches are 12 overs; Knockouts are 15 overs.
7. Power play: League - 2 overs power play + 1 power surge (overs 6-10). Knockouts - 3 overs power play + 1 power surge (overs 9-13).
8. Only 2 fielders allowed outside the 30-yard circle during power play; 3 during the power surge.
9. Minimum of 7 players is required to start; if less than 11, the team plays with available players, and missing players must arrive within 4 overs.
10. If the ball is dead, no shot is allowed, and the ball is ruled dead.
11. A ball pitching outside the pitch is not a no-ball; regular no-ball rules apply.
12. A no-ball is called if the bowler’s back foot touches the second wide line or if the front foot is well outside the line.
13. The new batter takes strike after a catch-out, bowled, or hit wicket. For a run-out, the striker’s end is decided.
14. Fielding team talking while the ball is delivered will result in a no-ball.
15. A batsman can be out if he intentionally changes his line or obstructs the field while running.
16. In 12-over matches, 2 bowlers can bowl a max of 3 overs each; in 15-over matches, 3 overs max per bowler.
17. One bouncer is allowed per over. A second bouncer below head height is a warning, above head height is a no-ball.
18. Front foot no-ball: the entire foot must cross the line; if it stays on the line, it’s legal.
19. Wicketkeeper changes must be communicated to the umpire.
20. No mobile phone usage during play; violation is a no-ball.
