Rules for women's :

1. 7 over a side match.

2. Only 1 bowler allowed to bowl 2 overs.

3. Free Bowling Action. No restriction. The leg should be behind the crease. We will explain it during our captain's meeting on Tuesday.

4. Power Play : First 2 overs will be power Play. During Power play, max 2 players will be allowed behind the Bowler. After power Play, max 3 players will be allowed behind the Bowler. 

5. Overthrow & Byes runs: Allowed 

6. Leg Bye : Not Allowed 

7. If the ball touches upper net and if the fielder catches the bowl, then it will be out. Ball touching side nets is Not Out

8. No Ball Rule: Front foot touching the crease then No Ball. Full toss Ball above waist high, then No Ball. In case of No Ball, free hit will be given. 

9. Six & Fours : We will explain it during our Captains Meet on Wednesday (evening). 

10. Ball : Cosco Galaxy
