1. Teams & Players:

- Each team consists of 9 players and 2 reserve players.

2. Match Format:

- All matches will be 5 overs per innings except the Final match.

- The Final will be 6 overs per innings.

- Only one bowler can bowl a maximum of 2 overs per match.

- A green soft ball will be used.

3. Fielding Restrictions:

- First Round: Only 7 fielders allowed (including the wicketkeeper).

- Semi-final (Qualifier 2) & Final: 9 fielders allowed (including the wicketkeeper).

- (Semi-final and Final will be played on a bigger turf.)

4. Batting Rules:

- All 9 players can bat in every match.

5. Boundaries:

- The umpires will brief players before each match.

6. Bowling Rules:

- First Round (Small Turf):

- No long run-ups allowed.

- Bowlers must deliver from within a designated box.

- Overstepping the back line of the box results in a no-ball.

- Other no-ball rules follow standard cricket laws.

- Semi-final (Qualifier 2) & Final (Bigger Turf):

- No restrictions on run-ups.

7. Dismissals:

- Bowled, Catch Out, Run-Out, Stumping, Hit-Wicket.

8. Extras & Tie-breaker:

- No-balls & wides award runs to the batting team.

- A no-ball results in a free hit.

- In case of a tie, a Super Over will decide the winner.

9. Reporting Time:

- Players must report 10 minutes before the match.10. Walkover Rule:

- If a team is incomplete or absent 10 minutes before the start, the opponent is awarded a walkover.

11. Umpire Decisions:

- Umpire decisions are final and cannot be challenged.

12. Jersey:

- Jersey is mandatory for all the players.
