The Tournament is under the Organising of Friends circle 11 . The rules and regulations are strictly followed . The umpires decision is final. If there is any inconvenience by the team or the members for the management the team has to face the extra power play over at their 9th over of their fielding innings. So teams are requested to co operate with the umpires and the management.
